Lilo and friends were relaxing at Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends when Pleakley came in wearing an expensive dress, "Pleakley," Lilo said, "did you spend our grocery money on women's clothes again?"
"No" Pleakley lied.
Then Fibber came out beeping, "I say" Rarity shouted, "These dresses are so tacky."
"Return the dresses and return them for refunds," Pearl growled.
"Good thing I kept the receipt," Pleakley said.
Garnet told Jumbaa to go with Pleakley so he does this right. In the meantime, they needed a place to eat. Gary looked in the newspaper and saw a coupon for Rorority's.
Later, they arrived at Rorority's. Tucker was thinking about ordering a rib burger with onion rings. Stitch was impressed that he's eating the kid's meal. He figured that it was high time he gets food that is for older people.
Kiki then saw a group of familiar faces, it was The Muppets. They decided to sit with them. "Hello Lilo," Kermit greeted, "What brings you here?"
"Pleakley spent Grocery money on women's clothes again." Lilo explained, "So we decided to eat here tonight."
"That's good Miss. Pelekai" said a man with a goatee, "I heard all about your performance with them on RBTV and my meal is on the house."
"Who's this bozo?" Frank asked.
The man showed his card, "Dominic Badguy" Fozzie read.
"It's pronounced Bad-gee" Dominic corrected, "It's French."
Betty Ann and Gary were the only ones who acted suspiciously. Suddenly, Dominic's cell phone rang. "It's Ex-President Clinton," he said.
Little did they realized that his REALLY getting a call from his boss, "Constantine" who looked a lot like Kermit. He escaped from a gulag, which is a Russian prison. They were planning to steal valuable jewels in Europe. All they know is that their first clue is in England.
As he hung up, Lilo stood next to him, "Mr. Badguy?" she asked, "I was wondering if we could bring some friends of ours."
"The more the merrier." Dominic smiled.
"Where should we go first," Kermit asked.
"Berlin Germany, I know that place," Dominic answered.
After a ride on the ship, they arrived in Germany. Dominic told them that their performing at Berlin State Opera. The Crystal Gems that they found were all here and were all looking forward to performing with The Muppets, "I can't wait to broadcast this for RBTV." Nosy smiled.
"Me too." Gabby smiled.
Gabby and the others knew that her brother Alex doesn't do musical performances, so they decided to let him be security. They also know that London would hog all the attention if she gets in on the show, so they decided to let her do the costumes, "Yay me!" she shouted.
While they were getting ready for the show, Miss. Piggy was wondering after the tour, she and Kermit would get married. Kermit got so nervous, he decided to get some fresh air.
