Gatrie got rejected once again
He doesn't understand the way that men
Of his ability, looks, and smarts
All must walk away with broken hearts
But the classic "Womp womp wah" was blown
On Shinon's shiny new trombone

Rolf was sad because Oscar said
That it wasn't nice to make Boyd see red
But honesty had stricken the boy
Whose cuteness nearly fell like Troy
When a pseudo-farting sound was made
By the trombone his mentor played

Ike and Soren sat on the ground
Talking, but barely moving around
The cynic ranted for a bit
Then the eyes of his partner lit
With an anger that surely said
The interrupter should drop dead

Mia laughed and Rhys then sighed
Titania most nearly tried
To confiscate the noisy horn
When another sound was born
Mist had no qualms in melting down
The horn towards everybody frowned

None of the others could condone
Shinon's big shiny new trombone
And Daniel put it to good use—

But poor Shinon would always mourn
