Life Has It's Ups and Downs
Mimi sat on a bench over looking the park. 'This bench… on this bench Matt and I shared our first kiss. On this bench I told Matt that I loved him. On this bench I gave him my heart. And then he broke it… on this bench.' Mimi looked down and started to sob.
FLASHBACK
Mimi was walking down the street to go see Sora at the shop. The sidewalk she was walking happened to go past 'their' (Matt and Mimi's) bench. 'I will walk by the bench and then off to the flower shop.'
"Mimi!!! Mimi, wait up!!!" A young brown-haired boy running up behind her.
"Hey Tai!" Mimi turned around and waited for him to catch up.
"Thanks, Mimi! Hey I have a question for you," Tai said.
"Yeah, Tai?"
"What is Sora's favorite kind of flower? 'Cause Kari told me that you should surprise your girlfriend all the time!"
"Oh!!!" Mimi squeaked with delight, "She love daffodils. I'm going to her shop so I will run in and get them for you! Remember to pay me back!"
"I'll wait outside the shop! When you bring them to me I will pay you," Tai replied.

Sora kissing. Mimi started to cry and ran away. While Tai just stared in shock.

Mimi started to sob again this time not for herself but for Tai. He also saw the one he loved with someone else. 'I wish I had told Tai how I felt about him. Then I would have someone that would never hurt me and he would not be hurt now.' Mimi buried her head in her hands. Then a hand landed on her back.
Mimi's head shot up, "What do you want?!? Oh, sorry Tai I thought you were someone annoying."
"Don't worry Mimi everything will be okay," Tai sat down and put his arm around her.
"Thanks Tai. Why did you come?"
"Well- um I wanted to ask you something."
"Yes, Tai?"
"Well- um- Mimi… I just wanted to ask you: Willyouwouldgooutwithme?" Tai said extremely fast.
"Oh, Tai! Why me?"
"I always loved you! I went out with Sora because she said that she loved me and I thought that you did not like me."
"Tai, I love you too! And yes I will go out with you! Tai I've loved you since Digiworld!"
"I will never hurt you!!" Tai pulled Mimi into a huge hug.
'I have always loved Tai but I thought he loved Sora. If Matt had never asked me out Tai and I would not be together. So for every down in life there is a better and bigger up.' They held each other not ever wanting to let go.
