A Promise I will Never Break.
When I see your face,
See your face light up with glee,
I wonder how it would of been,
If you were not with me.
Never a lonely day,
Without you with me,
Some-one like me,
Never needed a long-time relationship,
But when you came along,
In your fat suit,
I knew that this would be different.
When I had the courage,
To confront you about us,
I liked your reply,
You said 'Yes',
You gave me a chance,
One which I said I would never break.
All the time spent with you,
Was never a waste.
After all this time,
I am still keeping the promise,
And when one day,
I bring you to the place of our first date,
I told you:
"I kept the promise,
Now you make one for me,
Promise you'll never leave,
Or break my heart,
And most importantly,
Say "Yes" once again to this,
Sonny Monroe,
Will you marry me?"
She never broke her promise,
She still hasn't,
More and more years past,
And I'm still with you.
Growing stronger and stronger,
Everyday,
Until,
One day,
You break your promise.
You broke my heart,
You left me alone,
And never said goodbye,
Why oh why,
Did I have to drive over the speed limit.
I never listened,
When you told me to slow down,
And now,
I get the dreaded.
No longer you are with me,
No longer you are here,
But one day,
I promise,
Sonny Monroe,
I'll come and be with you again.
I never broke my promise,
And that hasn't changed,
*Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"
I have kept my promise,
Haven't I?
I know it is a bit depressing, but I was in the mood to write something different.
If you didn't know, the long beep was the heart monitor in the hospital going off, when Chad dies.
