Ghosts of Atlantis trailer
A war is building
Stretching across the stars and the galaxies
Ships bombard planets with weapons fire, people scream and run escaping through the Stargate
Atlantis is gone
Deserted
And Earth has already been threatened once
Being left open for attack
Voice over the PA system: Earth, we wish for your surrender. Failure to do so will result in the loss of lives. Any chance at an attack and we shall retaliate.
With more planets being destroyed, the galaxy seemed a whole lot smaller
Rodney: So, where to?
In a fight, to restore balance to the universe, our favourite band of heroes must brace the 'gate one more time
To find a solution
And their families
Jack sits across the table from John, a cup of coffee going cold in his hands
Jack: She's a tough kid, I'm sure she's fine
John isn't convinced, a grim expression glaring at the old General.
Friendships are tested to the end
Loyalties split and broken
In a field, on a planet
Ronan stares down John, his gun pointed at the Colonel whose gun is also raised.
On a different planet, night bounces around
David, Torren, Teyla, Sarris and Brent all point their guns at Addy, her hands are up defensively, a gun in one hand.
David: How do we know it's really you?
Addy's free hand slips to her neck, pulling out the dog tags from beneath her shirt. She chucks them over and puts her hand back up.
Teyla picks them up and reads the name: Sheppard, John
Victory seems impossible
And time is running out before nobody in the galaxy is left to save
On a planet in the middle of the day
The gate shuts down and the teams move down, guns raised. Bodies scatter the ground not far away, all with the same marks on them.
Alex: Same as the last time
Cameron: How many planet do you think are left now?
Daniel: Not many at this rate
Enemies battle it out for the sake of their own race
The SGC has to decide whether to join in on either side
The teams crouch low in the bushes, watching as the Wraith and the Absurd's battle it out. A Wraith sneaks up behind them, leaving them unaware.
A dart flies through the air, over them, and crashes just behind their hiding spot.
Lives are being risked
People are dying
Doors slide shut, a small round window showing John and Addy trapped on the other side.
They turn and walk away, limping and holding onto each other.
The rest of the team run out as the building explodes.
Earth is the operation centre for the biggest galactic war to take place
One that nobody will ever forget
General Maverick watches as the three rogue SG teams travel through the open 'gate with the hijacked jumpers. A simple nod, a silent message.
And one where casualties are in the millions
Pain strengthening the fight in everybody's body
David fiddles with the small box in his hands, fumbling to open the lid and view the precious gift inside.
A tear streams down his face as Rodney takes a seat next to him, a hand on his shoulder.

Okay, so not the average story. But it's kinda like a preview to a story that will definately be hitting the Stargate Archive. I've started writing some of the chapters, but your views would be welcomed.
Also, the majority of these characters do not belong to me, the rest do and will not hog all of the attention in the story.
