Twilight and what it meant to me

It's bella's pov during new moon after taking a look on her life for the past 3 months since he's been gone.

Twilight- the period in the morning or, more commonly, in the evening during which this light prevails.

Twilight was when you could be sure

When we could be sure

That no danger or fear

Caused by the sun

Could reach us

The times when you were safe

But I am young and uncertain

I am not like you

I live in a constant fear

Of possibly having those around me lose control

Let alone the possibility that I could lose control

Over step my boundries

Which you often reminded me of

I was to be restrained

If you were

I was equally disadvantaged if not more so

I could not harm you

Unless I caused you to harm me

I was a mere piece of glass

To look at

To shine in the light

While you hid in the shadows

Looking back,

And forward at once

I see myself one day

Forgetting

You

And seeing myself

More fragile then ever

Not for fear of you

The monster

But being without you

The monster…
