The sun shone brightly through the trees as a soft gentle wind rustled a few of the fallen leaves. All was quiet and peacefull....

Well untill Lina Inverse hit the scene.
Stomping over to a bandit that she had just fireballed, Lina picked him halfway up off the ground by the front of his shirt. "Okay, so just tell me where it is and I'll let you live."
"I don't know what your talking about." He cried.
"The gold bird you dimwit! Where is it!?!"
"I DON'T KNOW!!"
"You'll never get him to tell you about it this way." Lina looked up to see Zelgadis standing about 10 feet to the right of her.
"ZELL!" She droped the man (who's head hit a rock and he went unconsious) "What are you doing here?"
Walking up to her, he replied. "I'm looking for a magical bird. It's said that it's eggs can be used to reverse many curses."
"Still looking for a cure?"
"Yes." He hissed. Looking around he commented, "Where's Gourry? I thought he was traveling with you?"
"um..." She looked around too. "He should be here somewhere... GOURRY!!!!!" She yelled as loud as possible.
"Over here Lina!!" Both walked tword the sound of his voice till they saw what exactly he was doing. "Oh, Hi Zell. It's almost done, want some?"
Zell's eye twitched uncontrollably, while lina closed her eyes and made a clentched her hands into fists. "What. Are. You. Doing?!"
Gourry was sitting by a make shift spit made by the remaining flames from one of lina's fireballs. A golden cage laid on it's side a few feet from him while he was watching his dinner cook. A gold bird dinner.
"Oh, I was getting a little hungery. So I decided to cook this bird I found."
"M...mm....my... cure.." Zell stuttered out.
Lina started twitching, "And do you remember what we were looking for when we attacked these bandits?"
Gourry sat there for a good while trying to remember. "A bird?"
"Yes...." She was seething now (imagine big scary monster) "A gold bird that lays gold eges."
He looked over at dinner. "uh oh.."
Violence could be heard throughout the forest for quite a while.
Maybe... just maybe.... tomarrow will be peacefull.... if the monster leaves.
