A/N This is about...a few months after ROTS ending. Vader thinks about his new life, and his old one. He is very much on his own now, and it's all his fault. Please Read, Enjoy, and Review....or don't enjoy, and well....yeah. SHORT ONE-SHOT!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He walks alone now, and those who work near him, besides the Emperor, fear him.
Sometimes he thinks about memories from places far away and times long gone , everyone knows he lost his soul long ago.
Or so they think.
He does now stand alone, but he remembers Padme, the one he loved.
Of course he dosen't show it; he acts like he never was Ani, he acts like Padme's never existed, but it's just another lie among millions in his new life.
Vader wants to run away from this life he's created, but he can't go back to the one he knew, the one he loved. For once, Vader dosen't blame anyone; this is his fault.
He's disgraced the name Skywalker, and the Jedi Order...but now he tries to forget.
For Vader's learning how to live life on his own, but somewhere inside him Anakin screams in pain that even Mustafar couldn't create; he does not want to stand alone, but of course Vader does.
The Emperor never cared for him, not like his mother, Padme, and even Obi-Wan had. He was foolish, and now Vader had swallowed him up in a dark pit of Sith feelings. Anakin could never escape.
Anakin wishes that he'd just died on Mustafar, and even Vader does a little.
Vader dreams of being with his mother again, on Tatooine...when she used to sing him asleep at night when he had nightmares...he dreams of being at the Jedi Temple where he was admired not feared, but these dreams are the ones that will never be true.
Even more so he thinks about where he'd be if he was still Anakin Skywalker. Ani would be at home with Padme in Naboo, raising their child together in happiness.
He had been wrong, or at least that's what the tiny peice of Anakin the Jedi says, but Vader drowns out the voice with the sounds of his victim's screams, and his respirator.
A/N It made me sad, but what are your thought?
