Sweet melodies disperse quietly as harp strings of hearts are played.
The unbearable, indelible sound of metal whispering through shadows is her main focus.
When she looks away, he's gone; but so is she.
Waves crash down on her dreams, assaulting and invading and deleting forever what she didn't even have.
"I am not a sham!"
She tells herself many things as she curls into a tight position, hidden away in her room.
The void of insecurity and disquiet is all that she can notice because a step further requires a heart.
"I want to be with you two."
His hand fits over hers just as well as the other but she still cannot smile without feeling something more in her chest.
"Never forget. That's the truth."
Incomplete and unreal is the imagery that she is made of.
She is a figment drawn together from precious, so precious, leaked memoirs that weren't hers.
"Memories of you and me will always be together...forever, inside him."
