Sadie Kane woke up in her bedroom at the 21st Nome, with a lack of memory of the day before. It takes the entire day to figure out something; Nobody can see, hear, or feel her. Not even Anubis. Why does everyone think that she's dead? Who's the new girl?

1. Chapter 1

PREVIEW:

"Walt, Oh my god, Walt, PLEASE!" I cried, tugging on his sleeve. He kept staring straight ahead, tears on his cheeks. I curled up next to him on the couch and cried, our tears intermingling. Jaz came in and gave Walt a comforting hug. I screamed for her to help me; no luck.

The new girl walked in and stopped where she was and stared at me. I sat up and approached her. She reached out and I did as well, and our fingers touched in the space in the middle. She looked up, blue eyes suprised.

"Sadie?"

"You can see me?"

"I thought you were dead."
