A/N: Hello and welcome to my first The Legend Of Korra fanfiction 'Twinsanity'! This particular fanfiction I'll write along with a marvelous writer Hoboeatingjam. The first chapter we wrote together, but in the future I'll write one and she'll wrote another. Then me, then she, then me, then she... Well, you got it. We will post them on our both accounts, I hope that's okay. This first chapter won't be identical though. Anyway, I hope you're ready to begin this epic story!

The time is the start of the third season.

I do not own Avatar: The Legend Of Korra nor it's characters and neither does Hoboeatingjam. We only own our OCs which are awesome.

Chapter I

''Let's go already Kayla!''

''Hold on, one more letter! You know I can't pass up a good opportunity to do some graffiti, Cat!''

''It's either Catherine or 'your majesty'. Don't call me 'cat' you uncooked duck.'' The girl huffed.

Catherine was beautiful. Her hair was short, it didn't even touch her shoulders. But it was beautiful chestnut color with ebony strands in the front, that complimented her gray eyes. Her lips were baby pink, which laid nice on her pale skin.

Kayla on the other hand... Sure, she was beautiful but not as beautiful as Catherine. Kayla had elegant cherry colored hair which was slightly longer than Catherine's. It framed her pale face, and those deep green eyes blended in nicely with her cherry bangs and same colored lips. Kayla always placed on a lot of makeup, unlike Catherine. The latter preferred natural beauty.

Their taste in clothes were different as well. Catherine seemed to really enjoy the color black, so almost everything she wore was that color. Only her sleeveless black shirt had deep red marks on it. But her tight jeans, her long sharp high heels and even her leather gloves she never took off were all jet black. She also had a prized possession of many chains which she always wore around her neck.

Kayla dressed differently. She wore a leather jacket, which she never buttoned up, leaving it to expose her zebra-colored shirt underneath. Her blue colored jeans were ripped in many places, revealing some of her skin. Her booths were as different from Catherine's as possible. Kayla for for some reason loved to wear military boots.

If you looked at the two, you could never tell they're twins.

''Yeah, yeah, whatever.'' The red-haired rolled her eyes as she sprayed paint on the wall of some rich man's house. ''I'm still gonna call you Cat.''

Suddenly the sirens came into the range of the two teenagers' hearing.

''Shit!'' Catherine cursed as she practically began dragging her sister from the crime scene. ''I swear to god, you and your graffiti will get us killed some day! We got the job done, now let's go! Follow me!''

''Those sirens are twelve thousand decibels of NOPE.'' The red head stated, running as if there is no tomorrow.

''That's a little too much decibels, don't you think?'' Catherine pointed out, trying to keep up with her sister. Of course, she didn't listen to her command and took off in a completely different direction than needed.

''We all know you're smarter, prettier and more talented than me, Cat, now is not the time!''

The brunette gave her a nasty look while they tried to mix in with the crowd, because the ran a decent amount of miles under five minutes and reached the town center.

Kayla felt that they weren't tailed anymore.

''Damn, the police here should step up their game. We ran for like what, two minutes?'' She said through pants. ''By the way, where does Asami even live?''

So now she remembers her cousin. Being sent to an unfamiliar city requires needed relationships, which the twins have here. Of course, their beloved cousin isn't aware of that yet.

''That's why I said to follow me, you uncooked duck.'' Catherine huffed and took off, knowing where the older woman lived and not staying to hear Kayla's comment.

''I swear to god, Catherine, if you call me that again I will shoot a fireball up your-''

They were running for about good five minutes until they finally reached their destination. Kayla was still pissed at Catherine, but didn't say anything more.

''We're here!'' Catherine announced loudly. It was late evening, but the sisters were sure that Asami wasn't asleep yet.

*ding dong*

It didn't take much time for Asami to answer the door. She opened it and was carefully examining her guests.

''Do I know you?''

At this point, you could cut the tension with her eyebrow.

''Really Asami? You don't recognize us?'' Catherine spoke with disbelieve.

''Nah, just messing messing with you! How could I forget, when you tend to make quite a show? You didn't run from the police again did you?'' Asami asked and rose an eyebrow.

''Actually, about that...'' Kayla spoke scratching her neck while smiling sheepishly.

''I can't believe you two...''

''Don't blame us, blame the circumstances.'' Kayla said as she held out her index finger.

Catherine had an urge to punch her sister to shut her up, but she quickly thought against it. It would be a dead-giveaway that there was something more to this. Kayla's words are mostly taken as a joke, while Catherine was the serious one. She wasn't known for joking around like her sister was. She just hoped Asami would just write Kayla off.

''Right... Asami trailed off and examined the pair closer. ''Well why don't you come in?''

The twins nodded and they both followed Asami to her fancy and expensive house. They went into the living room and made themselves comfortable.

''Anyway, what brings you to Republic city?'' Asami asked after she offered tea to which the teens said 'yes'.

''Eh, it gets boring in out homeland.'' Kayla shrugged from the couch. ''All the cops know us and if something is up: boom, they're at our doorstep. But, of course, we remain as the uncatchable 'Devil Twins'.'' She finished with and evil smirk.

''So you decided it'll be more fun here?''

''More or less.'' Catherine chuckled. There was actually another reason why they came here.

''But you know, police here are more experted.'' Asami pointed out as she looked at them, just casually sipping their drinks. ''You can get caught.''

''Ah yes, but we have out beloved cousin to bail us out, right?'' Kayla said playfully and winked at her. ''Besides, today we got away from them in about two minutes.''

''I won't always be there you know.'' Asami said warningly. ''You may be my cousins, but you're still a threat and even I won't be able to do the impossible. Maybe you should-''

''Tell us that when we begin to care.'' Kayla laughed as she rolled her hand at Asami.

''Besides,'' Catherine looked at Asami with a devilish grin. ''From certain sources we heard that you personally know some influential people. For example, the police chief or...'' She smirked wider. ''...the Avatar.''

Asami narrowed her eyes a bit. ''Nothing can get passed you, right?''

The twins laughed. ''Hah, so you really do know the Avatar. We weren't sure until you confirmed it.'' Catherine winked at her cousin. She liked doing that to people. Pissing them off that is.

''Well, I guess it's not really a secret anymore.'' Asami sighed. ''But that only could make more trouble. You're wanted all over the country, even here. What are you planning?''

''Don't worry about us.'' Catherine waved her hand. ''We won't cause you trouble. But we still expect that you will let us stay at your place for a couple of nights. We need to settle in before we can do anything.''

''Which would be...?''

''Stuff.'' The teenager shrugged. ''So, what do you say?''

''Alright, I can let you stay here for a few days, but-''

''Great, thanks!'' The twins shouted excited and shot up. ''Don't bother showing us around. We'll be out by six. 'Night!'' They said and ran out of the room.

''They never change...'' Asami sighed getting up from the couch, going up the flight of stairs to clean up the guest room.

A/N: Aaand first chapter done! Yay us!

I don't know about Hoboeatingjam, but I'm planning on changing POVs from third to first. I just like writing in the first one.
