I hated her.
I know that is a strong word.
But I did.
For lots of reasons.
I liked Gil.
A lot.
I admit it.
I was attracted to him when we worked our first case together.
In his tux.
The way he didn't recognize me in my red dress.
I flirted.
I tried.
But nothing.
Just friends.
He stood up to Ecklie for me.
He trusted me.
The only one.
He was there for me with the Bell shooting.
Well, he would have if Sara wasn't there.
That was when I hated her.
Telling me that I wasn't supposed to be there. That I should leave.
I just needed a friend.
But we worked a few cases together and she actually started to trust me.
We actually joked. Talked.
We are even friends.
Maybe Gil had something to do with that.
They are good for each other.
