Nostalgic was not on the list of Mossad approved moods. Officers often did not live long enough to get nostalgic. But as Jenny aimed for Ares as Ziva held it, she could not help but be reminded of their missions together. Cairo and Eastern Europe seemed worlds away and lifetimes ago.
Sometimes she missed the fast pace and thrill of what Tony titled her Jane Bond days. But what she had found at NCIS, she would not trade it for anything, even if it meant a much more mundane existence. She was no longer just a killer but an investigator.
