Memories of Ones Lost

If I owned Phoenix Wright, I would be working on a new game or attempting to bring GS3 here earlier, but am I? Nope, I'm wrighting, I mean writing fan fics. I only own Emilee Edgeworth because I'm just that cool.

Rain was Emilee Edgeworth's favorite type of weather. She wanted to do everything in the rain. She even convinced Gregory to get married in the rain, but sadly, it didn't.

Emilee loved to make fairy tales up that she would tell these to Miles as a bedtime story. She believed that if you stand in pouring rain, all your past mistakes will wash away.

So, Gregory chose to visit Emilee's grave on their anniversary in the rain.

He always visited it the same way, walking slowly to her grave, a lily, Emilee's favorite flower in hand. When he draws close enough, he would gently place the flower on her grave and kneel next to where he believed her spirit stood.

"Hello Emilee. Sorry I haven't been visiting a lot lately. There has been so much going on. Miles made some new friends. I'm sure you would like them. Personally, I don't really care for Larry Butz. He's just too... out there. Sometimes I wonder about his sanity," Gregory smiled. "But Phoenix Wright, his other friend reminds me of you. But, if Miles likes them, they're good enough for me.

I still haven't won a trial against Manfred von Karma yet. But I think I'm getting closer. I believe I will win one soon enough.

I promise, next time I come, I'll bring Miles with me. Good bye, Emilee my dear..." As Gregory turned away, he thought he heard Emilee's voice in the wind: "Good bye Gregory..."

(This almost made me cry when I was writing it. I'm thinking about doing a part for both Nick and Maya, just Nick, just Maya and Miles. So it would end up being a three (or six chapter fic) Thoughts please!)
