As Kurt boarded his usual morning bus, at his usual morning bus stop, wearing his unusual usual clothes he noticed something different about the back of bus 22. Instead of the usual sea of straight, light toned hair colors, there was an odd one out. As he moved closer and closer to the short, almost hobbit like, boy he noticed his curly dark locks flow while he socialized with everyone around him.

"Hello!" exclaimed the curly haired boy. Kurt took his usual seat.

"Uhm, I said hello." The boy repeated himself with a large white toothed smile across his face

"Oh hi." said Kurt in utter shock that someone had decided to talk to him that morning.

He just smiled back and seemed grateful of the fact that Kurt had recognized his greeting.

"Uh," started Kurt, "I don't recall seeing you around here before." He shoved his bag to the right of him.

"Oh yeah! My family just moved here a few weeks back and I'm starting school here today, how great is that?" Kurt didn't know how to answer this somewhat rhetorical question because he didn't even know this boy's name. He decided to fix that.

"What's your name? I'm Kurt." He said whilst sticking his hand out for a handshake.

"Uh," said the boy looking almost disgusted, "I'm more of a hugger if you know what I mean. Also, I'm Blaine. Blaine Anderson." He jumped up out of the dull gray seat of bus 22 and scooped Kurt into a huge hug.

When Blaine finally let go of him Kurt said "Well it's nice to meet you, Blaine Anderson." Kurt really couldn't comprehend any of the happenings that went on in the past 2 minutes due to the fact of the great hug he had just received. He also didn't realize that the bus had started moving and that they were almost to his usual stop at McKinley High School.

When the bus finally stopped Kurt stood up, "Well, this is my stop, have a good day Blaine Anderson."

"Oh! This is my stop too. We go to the same school. COOL." Blaine seemed genuinely excited.

"Yeah that's great," Kurt said with a smile. "Really great."
