I was bored. This is just a little one-shot of a brotherly bonding moment between Sam and Dean. Hope you enjoy. :D And go check out my other stories. Thanks!

Disclaimer: I don't own the boys or anything from Supernatural.

Oh, Brother.

"Dean. I honestly don't understand the whole point of this. We aren't twelve anymore." Sam griped to his kid of a brother who was practically bouncing in the seat next to him. But Dean Winchester didn't bounce. Nope, not at all.

"Come on, Sam. We've never been to one of these before. Humor me." Dean shot back, unwilling to let his baby brother bring down his giddy mood.

"It's the zoo, Dean. All it has is smelly animals and screaming children." Sam didn't understand how Dean was the eldest of the two. Deep down inside, Dean was truly a seven year old little boy. Sam let out an exasperated sigh. He would humor his brother, but only because Dean never got the childhood he deserved. He never got the childhood he made sure Sam had. Dean had to grow up way too fast and he deserved to have some fun once in a while…Even if it was childish. Sam sighed again. "Whatever you want, Dean."

"Oh, believe me, Sam. I want." He smirked over at his little brother.

"Oh, brother," Sam rolled his eyes. "How much further?"

"Not much," Dean replied. The car fell into a comfortable silence after that.

After spending the day at the zoo, Dean and Sam headed back to the Impala. Dean, arms stuffed full of things from the gift shop turned to smile widely at Sam. "See, little brother? I told you it'd be fun."

Sam smiled back at his brother. Dean deserved to have a day off to go do childish things. After everything he's been through, he deserved the rest of his life off. "Yeah, Dean. It was fun."

Dean smiled wider at his brother. "Thanks, Sammy. For coming with me."

"Yeah, Dean. No problem." Sam and Dean climbed back in the car and Sam smiled to himself. Days like this were exactly what the two brothers needed. A little brotherly bonding to patch up the broken relationship they had. "No problem at all."
