There are many different religions in this world, some are polytheism others are Monotheism others believes in reïncarnatie and others in heaven and hell. All of these religions have one thing in common it includes legends about a race of beings with powers greater than any human. Legend has it that these beings live in isolation from the humans high on the mountains or on the bottom of the ocean. Some lived alone and other in packs. Legend says that every being has its own domain of power which it uses as it pleases. Some to help people other to destroy. Some stories tell about these beings playing with humans making them do all kinds of wicked deeds and killing them when not interesting anymore. Other tell us about the beings helping humans find happiness and peace with or without the humans realizing they are being helped. Some of these beings tried to blend in between the humans and lived like them. These beings have been called many different things but they are most commonly known as Kiani.
The continent also named grand line was split up into two part, the established countries in paradise and the other half called new world. New world is covered by mountains, forest, and desserts full of wild animals like wolfs, tiger and dragons. Just like Kiani some animal are connected to the energy cycle. When an animal like a dragon loses his connection with the energy cycle it will die.
Paradise dominated by the empire with some places, cities or countries have an independent rule. Moby dick, Red force, and whole cake are the biggest of the three. These countries lived peacefully for many years until the empire started the hunt. Nobody knows what started it or what the empire is trying to accomplish, the only thing that is known, is that where ever the hunters went destruction and death followed.
