All I Want for Christmas is You
(A Kelly Kelly and Edge one shot)
Author's Note: This is a Christmas present for Kelsie who I got for our Secret Santa draw. Edge and Kelly was listed among your favorite pairings so I figured I'd give this a shot.
I don't want a lot for Christmas
There is just one thing I need
I don't care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
All I want for Christmas is you

Outside her window snow covered the ground like a cozy blanket. The night was completely still except for the fat fluffy flakes floating down from the sky. It was a winter wonderland, completely magical. Yet somehow Kelly wasn't feeling very festive this year.
She supposed she could blame it on the end of her relationship with Justin Gabriel. Though if she was honest with herself, the passion had fizzled out of that area long before they officially ended things. If she were truly and completely honest with herself her passion had been with only one man for the past eight months. Ever since fate had dealt her a mixed tag team match; her partner a man she had only spoken to briefly before but a common enemy made them allies. After their first match together, he'd been on her mind ever since. Edge.
It was completely one sided of course. He had felt only nothing for her but friendship. He'd never even hinted at being remotely interested in anything more. He'd been focused on Del Rio, Wrestlemania, Christian, defending his title and then his sudden retirement. Kelly Kelly had been the last thing on his mind, she was sure of it.
The sudden knock on her front door had her jumping nearly a foot in the air. She glanced toward the noise with a curious frown. She wasn't expecting anyone. She had planned on spending Christmas Eve by herself before she went to her parent's in the morning.
Dressed in a red silk robe over her pajamas, Kelly crossed her living room to the front entryway. She paused for a moment to smooth her blonde hair back into place before opening her front door.
Adam Copeland, hair and shoulders dusted with snow, stood on her front stoop with his hands tucked into his front pockets. "Hi."
"Adam?" Kelly gaped at him in astonishment. Edge was here, on her doorstep.
"Merry Christmas." He told her. "Mind if I come in, it's snowing out here."
"Of course." She stepped aside to let him in. "Merry Christmas. What are you doing here?"
"Funny story actually." He waited for her to close the door before he smiled at her. "I was talking to Jay and he mentioned that you were no longer with Justin Gabriel."
Kelly blinked in surprise. "Well no I'm not. We ended it."
"Good. That's good." Adam chuckled. "Kel, this is going to seem totally strange but now that Justin's not in the picture, I wanted to tell you that I'm interested."
"Interested?"
"In you. I never did anything because of Justin and I had bad luck stealing one guy's girlfriend already, but you're not with him anymore. And those few weeks I spent working with you were the most fun I've had in a long time." He explained. "So I wanted to tell you that if you ever wanted to go out some time I'd love to take you."
Kelly felt a so smile creep over her face. "Really?"
"Really." He nodded. "And if you say yes, I'll consider it the best present I received this year."
"Not only will I say yes." She grinned. "But I've got an even better gift for you."
"Oh?" He looked puzzled. "What's that?"
"This." She rose up on her tip toes and pressed her mouth to his. "Merry Christmas, Adam."
"Merry Christmas Kelly."
