It's not the same...
Slowly opening her dreary eyes, she gazed up her pillow wrapped tightly in her arms and legs.
Nothing I do seem to fill the emptiness...
A sigh escaped from her mouth causing the girl's muscles to relax.
Why has your simple gesture left me to substitute the feeling?
Tightening her grip around her pillows, the blunette stared lovingly into the pillow.
My heart wants to hold you close, I just want to have the feeling holding the one i love so close to me...
Shaking the thought from her head she kicked the pillow of the bed before turning onto her side.
I don't know what it is that I feel right now... All I know is that I want you here...
Sliding her eyelids down her eyes she began to slowly drift off into a peaceful sleep.
"Natsuki..." echoed a voice. Shooting her eyes open, she sat up as fast as she could only to feel something pressing lightly against her lips. The faint moonlight that shined into the room exposed the dark figure that stood before Natsuki.
"Shizuru... what are you...?"
"Shhhhh...." the Kyoto girl placed her finger on the lunette's lips silencing the girl's words. Slipping her finger away, she crawled up along the bed sheets bringing herself up to Natsuki's side.
Natsuki watched hungrily through her eyes, although to hide from the Shizuru's eyes she just kept on a simple stare. Laying her body gently against Natsuki's own, she brought her hands up to Natsuki gently stroking the sides of the girl's cheeks.
Oh how I love the way she touches me…. It feels so…. nice…
Cupping around Natsuki's cheeks, Shizuru descended her head towards the blunette her never looking away from Natsuki's own.
…is she… will she…?
Natsuki could feel the air getting closed in around her mind. The feeling of a soft pair of lips cleared away then tension she had been holding back.
She kissed me… on the forehead. Even here she teases me…
Parting her lips of the tip of Natsuki's forehead, she traced down to the disappointing frown on Natsuki's lips. "Ara, Natsuki is so cute when she's getting teased" her voice echoed like a whisper through Natsuki.
"Ikezu…" Natsuki muttered under her breathe avoiding her eye contact with Shizuru. Looking back over at the Kyoto brunette, she found the girl resting gently at the side of her neck. She could feel Shizuru's warm breathe breezing over her neck building a calm sensation in Natsuki.
"…Shizuru…?"
"..Mmhmm?"
"…nothing. Goodnight" bringing her arms up, they slowly passed each as they snaked around the older girl before coming to a stop.
…this feeling… the sense of security… the sense of comfort… the feeling of love…
Laying her head back resting upon her pillow, she felt her eyes slowly coming to a close.
..this feeling… no matter how much… I try to substitute it… it will never be the real thing…
And with that she fell asleep.
