A/N: Whoa, can you guys believe that this is my 20th FF VII story? :O Also, this is my second attempt at The Sacred and Profane's 2 by 4 Pairing Prompt, because it's such a fun challenge to take. The idea is that I pick a pairing from any series and then write four drabbles no longer than six sentences, inspired by objects around a room. I also didn't have to use the same pairing for all four drabbles. Hope you guys enjoy. :)

Item used: mask.

Tifa's mouth dropped open when she noticed that Cloud was wearing a mask. If it hadn't been for his wild spikes, he might have passed as Zorro.

"How do I look?" the ex-SOLDIER asked softly as he stepped closer to Tifa, who was already at a loss of words.

Quite honestly, anything looked good on Cloud, but this…this was completely new, since it only showed his pale lips, perfect jaw line and his electric blue eyes. No freckles, but even without those, he just looked unbelievably...

"Sexy," she replied, before closing the distance between them.

Item used: rose.

Yuffie let out a disappointed sigh and took her time to shuffle back to her bed. Apparently, Vincent thought that she was healthy enough to take care of herself again, so the silent man had left. Bummer.

However, when Yuffie lifted up the sheets, she saw a single white rose on her pillow. Carefully, she took it in her hands and smelled it.

…Instantly, she got a whiff of home, and the man she loved.

Item used: purse.

"No, not this one either," Aerith muttered under her breath, as she handed Zack the umpteenth random item that she'd put in her purse.

"Just how many things have you brought with you? And how in the world did you manage to make it fit in such a small thing?" Zack asked incredulously, eying Aerith's small, pink purse suspiciously.

"Oh, it's a girl thing you wouldn't understand," the brunette replied jokingly, before giving him a mini-hairbrush.

Zack decided then that he didn't even want to know. Besides, those silly little quirks only made her cuter.

Item used: pack of Chocolate Chips

Tifa was sitting in Cloud's lap, both of them enjoying a small bowl of chocolate chips in the late hours…until there was only one chocolate chip left.

Cloud and Tifa exchanged glances, as if they were silently debating on who should take the last one. However, before Tifa could make a move, the blonde had the last chocolate chip in his hand, bringing it closer to his mouth. The bartender then leaned in to kiss Cloud on the lips, quickly taking the chocolate chip out of his hand now that he was too lost to notice.

When they broke away, Tifa said with a triumphant smile, "I win!"

With that, she put the chocolate chip in her mouth, which earned her a roll of the eyes (and another kiss).
