He set his drink down, staring at the empty glass with intent. The bar at the Rabbit Hole was completely desolate, Hook sitting in the stool at the corner. It was the middle of the day but he had a thirst to quench, so he stopped by to the only place with some decent rum in this town.
After the wicked witch had been defeated he found that there wasn't much of interest in this blasted town of Storybrooke. There was no fair maiden to keep him occupied. Those he was interested in were taken, a red-headed one in particular. His ship remained in the Enchanted Forest so although he wanted to leave the bloody town he couldn't.
His companion and best friend Mr. Smee was the only one who could keep him sane, but even that got tiresome.
He constantly felt the need to stab something with his Hook, but he always did his best to refrain himself, knowing the consequences weren't as pleasant. Just as he was about to order another drink he felt a sudden cold chill in the air.
He let out a sigh and saw that his breath could be seen, an icy smoke escaping his lips. Something wasn't right he thought.
He got up from his chair and walked to the door, grabbing a hold of the handle and opening it. As he closed the door he saw a mysterious woman walking past him on the street. A trail of ice formed behind her as she sauntered through the street. He watched curiously as she walked by him.
He heard a small prickling and looked down at his hook. The woman had apparently freezed it with her powers. He let out a sigh not amused at the woman's tricks.
With his signature smirk he walked towards her, intent on finding out who she was and why she was here.
"Lost are we love?" he asks placing his hook on her shoulder to get her attention. She looks down at his hook, eye-brow raised as she turns around to face him.
He gets a good look at her for the first time. She was quite beautiful he thought. Her skin was smooth and white as snow, her eyes an icy blue, fierce and unwelcoming. Her hair was made into a long and thick braid, sparkles of blue ice spread around.
"I'm perfectly fine, just looking around" she said in a cold tone.
"Really? What are you doing in the middle of the street then?"
"Exploring"
"Heh well unfortunately there isn't much to see in this bloody town. Believe me. It's full of a bunch of idiots."
"Then why are you here?" she asked curiously.
"Cause I can't find a way out"
She smirked moving her eyes down his body. She then made eye-contact with him once again and said "How about you and I go on a little adventure then?"
"What kind of adventure" he said. He took a step towards her. She could feel his breath on her skin.
"The kind where you and I get to have some fun" she said in a low, seductive voice. She then turned away and began to walk expecting him to follow.
Hook smiled to himself. The lady was certainly forward.
"You know I usually like to know the names of my companions when going on an adventure" he said going after her. "Or should I just call you snow? Or maybe snowflake?"
"Hmph. The name's Elsa."
"Elsa, lovely name. Captain Hook at your service."
