"Could you tell me what that is, Professor Longbottom?"

Hugo pointed at a slimy, green-grey plant.

"You know what that is." Neville left the place behind the desk.

"No."

"It's gillyweed."

"And what is that?"

"Dittany."

"That one?"

"That one is a daisy."

Hugo looked from the daisy to his professor several times. "Just a flower?"

"Yes."

"Just a normal flower without any magical abilities?"

"Yes."

"How boring."

"Maybe, but isn't it beautiful?"

"It's quite small…"

"And that's a problem because…?"

Hugo didn't answer him. Rain pattered across the roof.

"Mr Weasley, aren't you supposed to have dinner now?"
