Disclaimer: I don't own Glee or anything to do with it. ( Believe me I wish I did.)

This is just a little something I thought of. Kurt and Blaine aren't together…yet. This is my first fan fiction so bare with me and please review. It would mean a lot. Thanks!

Kurt Hummel was Dalton Academy's newest transfer, but most importantly the newest Warbler. Now, being the shy boy he is, he hadn't managed to make many friends. He had met several of the guys, sure but none of them seemed to like Kurt very well. Although, he did seem to catch the eye of a certain dark-haired boy. The young (and handsome, Kurt thought) boy, Blaine, had seemed to take a certain interest in Kurt. They had spoke few times before, but had an immediate connection. Every time they spoke, both Kurt and Blaine were mesmerized by the other boy.

Blaine sat in the commons alone one night trying to find a way to reveal his feelings for Kurt, when said boy came in the double doors. " Blaine? Is that you?" "Kurt? Yeah, it's me. What are you doing up so late?" "I could as the same to you," Kurt replied with a hint of joy in his tone of voice. " Oh, I…um…" Blaine stammered. " Couldn't sleep," Kurt finished. " Me either." He added. At first, neither boy knew what to say, until Blaine broke the silence. " Kurt, I need some advice." Kurt, looking puzzled, nodded his head in response. Blaine continued, " Well… umm… there is this… umm… guy… that I kind of have feelings for… and…I… um… don't exactly know how to tell him." Kurt blushed slightly, then snapped back into reality and replied " I don't know who this guy is, but personally I'd love to be sang to, so maybe you could try that?" Blaine replied with a simple 'thank you' and ran back to his dorm room to work on the perfect song to serenade Kurt with.

The next day in Warbler practice, Kurt notices Blaine being strangely fidgety. As they were finishing their practice session, the council looked to Blaine who simply nodded. Kurt raised his eyebrow in confusion as Blaine began to speak. " As many of you know, I suck at expressing my feelings." This got a chuckle from the group, as Blaine continued. " Anyway, I would like to sing a song to a very special person in this room. Warblers, I'm going to need your help for backup, please." The Warblers nodded approvingly, and stood up behind Blaine. Well, all except Kurt, who was told to stay seated. As the familiar 'Call me maybe', began being hummed, Kurt soon realized this was all for him. It was all he could do to stay seated during that performance, instead of running around jumping up and down like an idiot yelling 'This is for me, all for me! The most gorgeous boy ever is singing this song to ME!'. At the end of the song Blaine gave Kurt a slight wink and walked up to him to… shake his hand? Really? He just sang this song to him, no, for him, and all he could do is shake the younger boys hand. Kurt reached out confused, and shook his hand. He pulled away, and Kurt looked into his palmto find a slip of paper folded neatly. He opened it to find these words scribbled down. "Dinner tonight? We can go to The Lima Bean after? Call me maybe? Xoxo, Blaine ;)" Kurt had a feeling that this was going to be a great year.
