Mario rubbed his chin with his right hand as he murmured to himself, looking at the tree just outside his house that was full of karts. "Mamma mia... wonder how that happened."
"Did you happen to realize that they built some of the race courses around your house?" Birdo pointed out as she was walking by with groceries in her hands.
Mario rubbed the back of his head as he adjusted his red cap. "I... didn't really take it in consideration."
"Maybe you should ask the race committee to build their race courses in a different part of the city," Toad suggested as he was collecting fire flowers for his garden.
Mario nodded, until he noticed that Petey Piranha flew right into the tree, knocking all the karts down as they broke apart. Mario squinted as he placed his hands on his hips, with Dry Bowser driving by on his Bone Rattler ATV.
"Looks like you got carried away and couldn't just leaf this situation." Dry Bowser stated with a smirk as he made some bad puns. "Wood you like some help?"
"Oh get out of here!" Mario snapped as he chucked a fireball at Dry Bowser, causing the reptile to break into a pile of bones as Mario went to examine the wounded Petey.
