The Hollow You Know

Chapter One: A Woman's Requiem

When you find love, you are supposed to know it.

When you see that person, your heart is supposed to skip out passion; not fear.

And when they leave at the end of the day, you should be sure that they loved you enough to return.

Her heart faltered again as the door opened slowly, watching the arrancar and the servant walk in with her tray of food. Her eyes traveled up his espada uniform to meet his own, green and ever empty, and she then quickly averted her gray orbs, examining the tile covering the floor.

"Eat, woman." he repeated, losing his deadpan tone for a more firm, commandeering tone.

She was shocked out of her imaginary mind, and back to the task at hand. She wolfed down her rice and drank her water in record time; Ulquiorra watched on with widened eyes.
