A started out with her left toe pointed out in front of her, right foot flat on the floor, bent over at the waist with her head close to her knees and her arms in a circle above her head. 1….2…..3…..4…she counted off in her head. Kicking her left leg out towards the right she did three perfect spins to the right before coming to a stop, pausing and performing two sliding steps to the left. Then she completed two back spins to the left and stopped. Two steps back followed by a handstand into a flip. Two leaps to the right, six spins back to the left followed by a back bend. Step, step, bend, she followed these steps through her dance unaware of her growing audience.
"Wow! I didn't know she could dance!" whispered Matt.
"Hn, she is pretty good," said Mello.
"What are you three doing," L walked over and announced in a loud voice. A froze and turned her head to the doorway. Upon spotting her uninvited guests she blushed tomato red, rushed to turn off her music and ran out of the room.
"Uh-oh," said Matt.
"I think we may have upset her," Near piped up for the first time.
"YOU THINK!" yelled Matt.
"Calm down Matt," spoke Mello," We need to find her before she does something stupid and apologize."
Matt and Mello charged ahead with L and Near hot on their heels. As they came to a stop in front of A and B's shared room they started having second thoughts.
"Hey guys, you do know we're invading Beyond's room right?" said Matt.
"Yes, Matt we know," came Mello's exasperated answer. Knock Knock. The sound resounded on the door. Squeak! The door opened and out popped Beyond's shaggy head.
"Were you the idiots who made A cry?" His deep baritone voice seemed to resound throughout the hall.
"Um…..Yes, we came to apologize," stuttered out Matt.
"Who is it, B?" came A's sniffling voice from behind Beyond.
"It's Matt, Mello, Near, and L," said Matt over Beyond's shoulder.
"We're here to say sorry," Mello cut in, much to everyone's surprise.
"Really?" asked A.
"Yes," seconded L.
"Well, apology accepted and I wouldn't mind you coming to watch some time. If you want to," said A smiling.
"We'd love to," Everyone chorused together.
