Images tumbled through my mind: fire and blood, the smell of smoke, the twisted metal of a car. The pictures wrapped around, suffocating me, tears gathered in my eyes threatening to fall, a scream started to rise in my throat, when a loud pounding jerked me awake,
My eyes flew open and I nearly yelled when I saw Sora hovering above me shaking my arm.
"I...what are you doing? I'm trying to sl-" I cut of when I saw the tears in my twins blue eyes "Sora, what's wrong?"
He just shook his head and pressed it against my chest, sobbing.
"Sor" I sighed and wrapped my arms around my little brothers shaking frame.
"I had the dream again" Soras words were muffled but I heard them and sighed again before answering,
"I know, me too, but your not there any more, you're not alone I wont leave you too."
Grabbing my blankets I pulled them over me and Sora, pushing him gently of me and onto the bed as I did.
"Come on, Sor, you can stay in my bed tonight, but we have to sleep, its school tomorrow" I watched him nod in the semi-darkness and closed my eyes, trying not think about what had been in my dreams.
