You won't get it unless you've seen the movie.

This is a letter to Warner Brothers written after seeing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

1 Dear Warner Brothers

By Liz

Harry sat in the Gryffindor common room, writing a letter that he had wanted to for a long time. Ron and Hermione were perched on the chair arms, putting out suggestions.

"Say something about how it was a total mess and they should be sued-"

"Ron!" Hermione protested, "We don't want to sound like that! That's way to rude-"

"Rude? And what was that movie?"

"Rude and offensive," Harry commented, "He IS right, Hermione." Harry told the indignant girl.

"Look," he continued quickly, "I'll be fair. Now you two just leave me alone!"

Dear Warner Brothers,

I am so glad to see that the movie was so much like the book, as was promised. Of course there were a few (i.e. few dozen) events that were out of order, but that is to be expected. And all of the extra scenes! So many of them. Well, not all were pointless.

There is also the little tiny matter of all the good lines in the book. Where were they? I guess that is "normal" since movies are never perfect. Or, as in this case, never remotely so.

Oh, and one last thing.

"That wasn't at all forceful enough-" Ron broke off as he caught Hermione's stern glare.

Hermione patted Harry on the shoulder, "That is just perfect."

READ THUS AUTHOR'S NOTE PLEASE

A/N The alphabet refers to the sorting ceremony in which Ron was called first, followed by Hermione or Susan Bones, Malfoy, and then Harry. I think you can tell what I mean.

DON'T THINK THAT I AM TOTALLY DISSING THE MOVIE! I AM NOT.

But the movie's effects were truly good. Casting wasn't too bad. HERMIONE WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I thought she did a brilliant job. Ron was, er, pale looking. And Fred and George had NO FUNNY LINES!!! Not cool.

Quidditch was awesome though. OMG Oliver Wood was hot.and that gorgeous accent too! *sigh*

Well, I just had to write about the alphabet thing and the chronological order (Pathetic!) being totally out of whack.

Please do not get mad at me for any reason.

Review if you want.
