One day, we will be together again

Hey, it's me my old friend. I am wondering where you are. Is life treating you fair? One day, we will be together again.
I wish we could be together and fly away once more. For I miss your love. I don't know if I can be strong without you anymore.
Some days its gets to the point, where i just want to die. To be with you again. But, I know that you want me to live on. And, I know that one day we will be together again.
Together again, so we can fly above the clouds. I felt like you and I were invicible in the air flying together as one. We fought side by side. Together though thick and thin.
I feel like its me fault that you died. If you weren't protecting me, then maybe you would be alive. I weep and sob. Though the day and the night. You and I used to own the night sky, flying together as one. One day, we will be together again.
Sometimes I look up at the sky and remember when you and I would do reckless tricks, just for the fun of it. I look down at the ground and see only one leg. I would remember when we flew and fought as one to save everyone. But, now all the fun is gone. I wish that you were here to see all that we accomplished together.
Everything here reminds me of you. I can't hold back the tears any longer. I fall to my knees and shout, "Why did you leave me here all alone." I wish that i didn't have to feel this empty, to feel miserable everyday, to know that there is now a huge void.
