No? I'm not surprised. Nobody ever notices me. I just hand out on the background while all the other "important characters" take all the glory. Well I have news for you world: I'm important too!
That's right. I do plenty for the team, and yet nobody every gives me any credit. What, just because I can't fight or don't have romantic placement I'm not good enough to be acknowledged? Well that just hurts me! You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
I mean really, I just get thrown into the series and I hang out for a wile and everything is great. I get plenty of screen time and everyone loves me. But the second I do what I have to do to make the story move forward, they push me aside like some broken old toy?
I tell you, there is no justice in this world.
And don't you people go taking my side and saying "Oh yeah, the writers of the show are so cruel! You deserve so much better." No. You people out there are just as bad.
You disagree? Well, do you see people including me in fan fics? How much fan art do I get compared to all the other characters?
Oh don't give me that "But I've seen you in fan art and you have some fics out there," look. That big blue Ogre that works for Koenma is mentioned more in fanfics than me. Yeah, so what if most of the time he just says something like, "Here's the report Lord Koenma, sir." The point is people know he's there and they include him.
Me? They just forget about me.
Even though that makes no sense at all! I've done way more for them than any big stupid guy with horns and a loin cloth. Hell, I've saved their lives on more than one occasion.
And I'm cute too! Come on, don't you just want to cuddle me? Oh yeah, that's right. Nobody likes me because they are all too busy drooling over Kurama and Hiei and Yusuke and Koenma. Even the bad guys get shrines to them! Do you see a shrine to me out there? No. All you see is me in the little foot note in Yusuke's shrine. Sometimes.
And I'm always there to save the day when they need me.
You don't believe me? Oh come on! Yusuke would have been killed several times if it wasn't for me! Yeah, I know he has a bad habit of always coming back afterwards, but sometimes we just can't afford him to die and that's where I came in and risked my life for him!
And his friends, I saved them too. Lots of times! Especially that girl he likes, Keiko. And that time when the big guy's sister was bleeding to death, they wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't done anything. And I was the one that kept them all safe when he was fighting the guy with split personalities!
Like I said, I saved all their likes at some point! I passed on the message to him when he was ready to give up the fight! I got him help when he was in trouble! And let me tell you, that's no easy task when you're six inches tall and nobody understands what I'm saying.
So shame on all of you for forgetting about me after chapter black was over. Hell, I wasn't even with the group when they all cam out of the cave! So that is my note to the world. And I hope you all think twice before underrating me.
