A/N: PLEASE READ! The whole plot looks like this: almost everybody from scrubs turned into a high school student (except Kelso; he's the principle). J.D. has his first school day, he's a freshman, like Turk and Elliot. Sacred Heart high is a medicinical School, there are directions like, nursing, inner medicine, surgeon, etc. That's more or less the plot (yes, I know it has already been used, but I still like it, and none of those with J.D./Dr. Cox ever finished, so I'm going to try to be different).

J.D. POV

I had a weird feeling in my stomach when I entered the bus. I couldn't tell if the feeling was good or bad, it was just there. I sat on the first seat free just to skip the awkwardness of standing alone at the front of the bus. I sat there solemnly, when a bald, black guy at my age sat down next to me. Wow! Maybe he was a friend!

"Hiya there! I'm Turk!" he said stretching out his hand. I quickly took it, smiling, and answered: "Hiya there too! I'm J.D.!"

"Nice to meet 'cha, chap!"

"Nice to meet you, too!"

Along all off the bus ride we talked and laughed, totally relaxing, totally being ourselves. Then, at any random station, a tall senior with curly copper hair, an especially grumpy facial expression and an almost invisible bruise at the side of his head, entered the bus.

My mind went suddenly blank.

He scared the heck out of me, for no reason at all, but he was still fascinating. Odd. Even though he was more intimidating than any other person I had ever seen, I wanted him to notice me. For the same reason he scared me: none.

My strange flash of thoughts was disrupted by a male brunette, holding an old camera in front of the redhead. There was a flash of light, a surprised look of my object of fascination and a winning laughter of the photographer.

"Dammit, why do ya always have to do that?" the curly haired individual brought out in between chuckles.

"That's just my way, you know that Perry!" was the answer of the brunette, accompanied by a grin.

After everything had settled (which didn't take too long; the people here were obviously used to that kind of behaviour) I looked bewildered at Turk.

"What the heck was that?"

"Don't worry, hat's totally normal for those two"

"Who are those two anyways?"

"The guy with the camera was Ben. He's really funny and nice, and the other one is Perry Cox.", at that last bit Turk's voice had become dark," he's is complete Jackass."

"Well, why's that?"

"for one thing he's totally in love with himself, for another he is crazy about those stupid rants he tells to people who do something he thinks is out of place!", Turk stated furiously.

"I'd stay away from him"

"Whatever you say"

A/N: This is just a pilot. It's 1:45 at night, so I'm a little to tired to write on. Other chapters are hopefully to come, I kind of like the plot. Oh yeah, I'm so sorry if I'm doing something wrong, because I'm not sure how this really works, so I'm just guessing. I hope you liked reading it! I'd love some reviews, or constructive criticism, I'm fine with both!
