A/N: Hey! Considering I've got a few more one-shots written down for my Koryn's Responsible For This series (that I've had for more than six months), I've decided to write them down. This one was actually inspired by two cosplayers (one of Loki, the other of Spiderman) meeting at my local Comic Con that Koryn and I witnessed from where we were standing. It's probably OOC but that's what makes it fun — hopefully. Hope you like it!

An Unlikely Meeting.

Peter Parker was walking along the New York streets dressed as Spiderman, lost in his thoughts. Or at least he was until he bumped into someone.

"Sorry," he apologised to the man in question. "Oh, hey, nice clothes," he commented, seeing Loki's signature black, green and golden outfit. "Where d'you get 'em?"

The man gave him a weird look. "Asgard. Your outfit is rather... interesting," he replied.

"Thanks! I got it online. I'm Spiderman," Peter introduced himself, extending a hand.

"Loki of Asgard." The God shook Spidey's hand.

"Oh yeah! I remember you! You're the dude from the Battle of New York!" He didn't mention he meant the villain but whatever. It didn't really matter. "How've you been?"

"Not much, really. I've just been ruling a kingdom," Loki said it as if it wasn't anything special. "What about you?"

"Oh, you're king of Asgard now? That's cool," Peter replied. "Uh, you know, same old. Fighting crime in New York, nothing exciting, really." Just then, his phone rang and he checked who was calling. "That's my girlfriend, I've got to go. It was nice to meet you, hope everything will be all right at Asgard."

"Thank you. Hopefully everything will be all right here as well."

They both shook hands, and then parted rather happily, each to their own destinations.
