Kenny walked in the chilly night, slightly dizzy. It was way past midnight already and he was a little drunk.
He was returning to the house he shared with Uri. It was located near the Reiss family manor, in the forest. Uri had always been one who liked peace and quiet. Also he hated the nosy servants touching his stuff and his brother's kids running all around the house so he had moved out after he had inherited the titan.
Kenny had moved in with him after he had become Uri's bodyguard.
He finally reached the fence and went into the garden. He climbed the front porch stairs and just as he was about to open the door with his key, it clicked open.
"Kenny! Where have you been?"
Kenny blinked at Uri's worried face, not answering. Uri sighed and stepped aside to let him inside. He closed the door after Kenny and helped him onto the living room couch.
"Honestly, how many times do I have to tell you not to stay out this late?"
He poured a glass of water and handed it to Kenny.
"How much did you drink?"
Kenny shrugged and downed the water in one huge gulp. Then he laid down on the couch with his coat and hat on.
"More than you can handle appearantly. Get up and remove your coat, you can't sleep like that."
"Mmggghhh..."
He turned his back and Uri sighed.
"Kenny, get up, remove your coat, change your clothes THEN lie down. You are going to sleep here tonight anyway. You stink of alcohol...I am definietly NOT sleeping next to you like this."
Kenny grunted and held his head as he slowly sat up.
"Stop complainin'...You my wife or somethin' huh..."
He laid back down after removing his hat and throwing it aside.
Uri sighed and left the room. And just when Kenny managed to fall asleep, he woke him up by dumping heavy blankets and pillows on him.
Kenny grunted again and fell down from the couch with the blankets.
"What was that Uri~ I was only restin' a lil...gonna come to bed in five~"
Uri shook his head.
"No you are not. I told you, I WON'T let you sleep with me when you stink like that."
"Whaat~"
Kenny slowly got on his feet and looked at Uri.
"Uri~ plea-"
"Goodnight Kenny."
Uri shut the bedroom door before Kenny could move to go in.

Uri trashed and turned around on the king sized bed. No matter how many times he changed positions, he couldn't get comfortable.
He sighed as he cocooned himself in the thick blanket.
"This is ridiculous..."
Even if he didn't have the advantage of a higher body temperature as a titan, that blanket would keep him warm enough. But there he was shivering without another warm body near him.
He stubbornly turned around and tried to sleep once again.
Then he huffed and sat up on the bed. He turned on the night light and opened a book but after a few pages of suffering, he dismissed the idea of reading himself to sleep.
He shook his head and laid back down.
"I guess I have no choice..."
He sat up again and got out of bed.

In the morning, Kenny was the first to wake up. He opened his eyes when something tickled his nose.
The first thing he saw was a puff of pale blond hair.
Uri was laying on top of him on the narrow couch, comfortably sleeping.
"So much for not sleeping with me, huh King?"
"Shut up... Your breath stinks..."
Kenny chuckled and closed his eyes again as Uri nuzzled his face in his neck.
