Like a Nightmare

Chapter One
.::Montecito, hotel room::.
"No! Please don't kill me."
The assailant raised a gun to the forehead of a man handcuffed to a chair, begging for his life.
"No! Please don't kill me." The man begged again.
"No, you can make yourself useful..." The assailant said with a silent laugh and a joking smile.
.::Danny and Mary's house::.
Danny looked out of the window and sneezed again. He grabbed a tissue automatically and then blew his nose.
"Aww please Mary?" He said sounding obviously sick. His nose was looking red and the pile of used tissues that filled the bin was an obvious giveaway.
"No Danny, you're staying home, you'll probably catch pneumonia or something if you even set one of your feet out the door." Mary explained as she brushed Danny's hair back and felt his fever.
"Alright." Danny gave in as he sat back, letting Mary give him some warm chicken soup.
.::Montecito, parking lot::.
The car screeched to a halt outside the Montecito. Blood sprayed everywhere as a man fell to the ground, bleeding everywhere.
"Someone call 911," voices were heard screaming.
Suddenly, a car door was heard opening and a figure was seen fleeing from the scene. Ed Deline was then seen running from the busy casino and running after the assailant. Sirens were heard somewhere in the distance as lights were seen just as well. Cries and screams were heard as the rest of security tried to calm patrons down and tried to help the, now almost, dead man who had been hit.
Mike Cannon ran out after a minute and saw the scene. He saw the paramedics trying to help the blood covered man and security trying to calm down the blood covered patrons. He also saw the car that had hit the man; Danny's car.
