Prologue
The morning was cold as a dark haired man stepped out of the hotel that he had spent the night in. This was how he liked Konah best, quiet. He swept his piercing yellow eyes across the street looking for his apartment. Last night had been pleasurable and he had enjoyed himself in the arms of the blue eyed beauty, what was her name? Hitomi? No. Amaya? No that's not it either. He shrugged it was a one night deal, they would never see each other again.
He tried to sneak in to his shared apartment, quietly hoping his roommate wouldn't wake up. He closed the door and stepped over the various ninja tools that littered the floor as well as the table and the bookshelf. Just as he reached his bedroom door a male voice from behind him clear its throat.
"Ah-hem nice to see you home Orochimaru" Jiraiya grinned towards his dark haired friend. "did you and your lady friend have fun last night? What was her name again, oh yeah Satomi"
Orochimaru rolled his eyes and turned towards the white haired pervert. "Bug off, I'm tired and I don't want to deal with you."
"If you say so but you can't stay long Sabutori sensei wants to talk to you about something" Jiraiya sauntered off and left the apartment. Orochimaru sighed and left the apartment after his teammate. This was going to be a long day…

They entered the Hokages office with out knocking. Sabutori turned his tired eyes to the two men who walked through the door. They were almost complete opposites yet they somehow managed to work together very well. There was something that he needed to talk about with Orochimaru.
"Jiraya please step out I need to discuss private matters with Orochimaru" The white haired Jonin gave him a strange look but bowed and left the room.
As soon as the door closed Orochimaru spoke "What is it that is so important that he can't be in here Hokage-sensei?"
Sabutori wasted no time cutting to the chase "I was told that you are performing illegal jutsus in an underground cave I'll give you one chance to tell me the truth. If I find that you are lying to me I will personally kick you out of the village myself. Is this true?"
Orochimaru didn't even blink when he answered coolly "No Hokage-sensei, It is not true."
Sabutori feigned being convinced "Fine you may go" Orochimaru nodded and poofed out. Sabutori turned to the Anbu in the shadow, his face grim "In a few weeks take me to his cave…." The Anbu nodded and also poofed out.
~+^Four weeks later^+~
Sabutori ran down a hall of an underground tunnel. The nasty smells that licked at there noses was stronger and they knew they were getting close to the source. A large door suddenly appeared and the smells seemed to be coming form there. Inside a dark man stood facing away from the door but he didn't need to turn around for Sabutori already knew who it was. Sabutori spoke first
"Orochimaru… I told you several weeks ago that if I found out that you were lying I would kick you out of the village… and you lied straight to my face… I expected more form you…" he shook his head as he made the motion for the Anbu to move in for the arrest.
Orochimaru put up no fight as the hauled him away, but he left his sensei with these ominous words:
"I will be back sensei, and you wont survive the next encounter…"
That night Orochimaru left the village hidden in the leafs not knowing that he left something of himself with behind with the blue eyed beauty, Satomi Kiyomizu.
Nine months later a little girl was born… Miho Kiyomizu… unbeknownst to Orochimaru… her father…
