I'll always love you

I'm forever in your debt, because you taught me that life was worth living. You took away my pain. You chased away the darkness of my soul and brought me into the light. You showed me that love was nothing to fear. And for that I'll love you forever.

I cherish every moment that we're together, storing them away in my heart. I love the sound of your voice, it sooths away my anger and my terror, and I feel safe. Your strong arms hold me close when I weep. You never lose patience with me, even when everyone else does. You ride out the storm of my wild emotions and you are always there for me when I've been left high and dry by them. I've never felt alone since we met because I know I can always rely on you to be there, no matter what. And for that I'll always love you.

I can trust you to keep my secrets, and you can trust me with yours. We're the closest of friends, to anyone but us that is. because we kept the secret: we're in love with each other. it took me all the courage I had to tell you that, and when I did you whispered those three words back. And for that I'll love you forever.

I poured my soul into your heart, trusting you to keep it safe, and you did. I told you everything, not holding back a single word, and you have kept my secrets. I cried onto your shoulder, letting go of all the sorrow I'd locked away inside of me, but you never thought less of me. You told me that because I let you see my feelings I was stronger than he could ever be. I don't believe you for a second. How could I ever be stronger and you are? it's just not possible. But because you said it I'll always love you.

I'm forever in your debt. You took me in when no one else could ever love me. I'm such a horrible person, why would you love me?
