A Lion Heart
Before Bones and Jack blew the windshield out, Bones grabbed the letter that she wrote to Booth and shoved it in her pocket.
Few Years Later
"Hey Bones can I talk to you for a second, please?" Booth said coming out of the closet, he was putting on clothes when he found a box that had a letter in it.
"Sure Booth what's up? Oh my where did you find that?" Bones said sitting on the edge of the bed, Christine was asleep, as she liked to have a nap during the day.
She noticed the box that Booth held in his hands, "In the top of the closet I found a letter inside, it's addressed to me can I read it?"
It had finally come to the day when Booth would read the letter; she didn't mind for it was just was something she wrote a long time ago. "Ok but you probably won't like what I have wrote, because it was a letter I wrote when the grave digger had me and Hodgins."
Well now it was making sense to him, sitting down next to her on the bed he unfolded the letter and began reading out loud.
Dear Booth
Hodgins and I we are running out of air, I no you've tried your best to get to us so don't feel guilty please. Our plan is to blow the windshield out, I'm not sure if it will work I guess I feel like it will you taught to me that thank you.
You're the best part of my everyday, you make me laugh and make me smile. Also you make me feel like I'm worth while, I know your always there and Hodgins says that I have faith in you.
I guess I do have faith in you but it isn't an easy thing for me, my password to my computer encase you need it is Seely Booth. You may wonder why I changed my password to your name, because you have changed my life and I wanted to always remember you.
Well I have to go tell Parker I love him a lot, Angela she is the best friend ever and Cam is a great boss. Tell Hodgins to look after Angela, and Zack to keep on striving to do the best he can.
Last but not least is you Booth, I've learnt a lot from you and what I need to say is I'm in love with you wow I'd never thought I would write that. Thank you for being you, you really do have a lion heart.

After reading the letter Booth was amazed, at what he just read and stared into Bones eyes. "That was amazing, thank you I wish I could find the words to say I guess this will do I love you to."
(I feel so satisfied when I can see you smile, I want to confide in all that is true so I'll keep on trying to get on home to you.
