Batman yelped. Something he rarely did, as a bright burst of color rushed passed him at top speed. Not even a second later, the blur screeched to a halt in front of him, revealing itself to be, as Batman had deduced; the Flash.

"Didyoujustyelp?" Said the runner mashing words together so quickly it was almost impossible to make out.

"No."

"Yuhuhyoudid!"

"No."

"Yeeeeesss youdid!"

Bruce was beginning to feel like beating Wally to death with his own foot, when suddenly the Flash stood stalk still, eyes wide, and a smile stretching across his face.

"Duuuude, guess what?"

Batman sighed, "what?"

"Hee hee, Ijustdrank21cansofsoda!"

'Oh, so that's what's wrong with the numbskull.' Thought Batman mentally preparing himself for what he knew was going to be a long day.

Bruce would make whoever let Flash have soda pay. He swore to himself as he held the speedster by the back of his suit, trying to stop him from starting a poke fight with Hawkgirl, which he admitted to himself he would like to see the outcome of, especially given his present predicament.
But he wouldn't allow any Justice leage members be injured while he was around.

Bruce had resolved to do whatever it took to keep Wally out of trouble until the sugar wore off,
so he found himself sitting crosslegged on the floor of the Justice League's dining room playing connect four with a very hyper speedster.

For a while Bruce didn't notice Flash humming, but it kept getting louder and more annoying, first it was jingle bells, now Thriller, Bruce didn't think it would be a big deal until Wally burst into song,
finishing with,

"And may M.J. himself RestInPeace!"

"Hey, Bats!"

"What."

"Is it just me, or is it getting tired in here? Heh heh..."

Still giggling softly the runner tottered, and fell forwards onto the dark knight, putting his hands about the older man's neck like a child.

'FINALLY he's asleep!' Thought Batman, 'y'know, Wally'd be rediculously cute if he weren't so annoying.'

EPILOGUE

"Ohmigawd that was hilarious!" Hawkgirl said, roaring with laughter.

She and GL sat looking at the security camera screens, watching Batman carry the Flash to his bedroom.

"We should give him soda more often!" she managed to squeek out, through her almost hysterical laughing.

"Yeah, but next time, stop him from taking MY connect four, it's probably all sticky!"
