Breakup
(In which Naruto and Sakura break up because of Sasuke.)
"I'm sorry. I care about you, you know that, but..."
"I know," the reply comes. "I understand."
"You deserve better." Isn't that what everyone says? It's not you, it's me? But the words are sincere.
"You do, too."
"I wish it could work--"
"It's okay."
"I'm sorry," Naruto says again. "But every time I'm with you, all I can think of is him."
