Eris paced back and forth along the path she had created with her own feet. she was waiting for her best friend to come out. eris currenly stood infront of the lion palace. Laval always came out to play with her around this time, but he wasn't here yet. " oh, were is he?, eris sighed. Surely he hasn't forgotten she thought. suddenly, she heared the sound of a door opening. eris snapped her head up, to find herself looking at her friend laval. "Hey eris", he called. " sorry for being so late, i got stuck with sweeping the man hall, but I'm here now!", he said in a huff. eris just giggled. " well, come on then! no time to waste!" Laval smiled and ran after his friend into the forest.
After a while of running, laval caught up to eris and jumped in to the bushes right behind her. Eris stopped to catch her breath." looks like I beat you huh laval?". after hearing silence she glances at her suroundings. " Laval? Where'd you go?". suddenly somthing puonced on her out of no where. Eris loooked up to get a look at her attacker, oly to find laval with a smug and satisfied grin on his face. "Hey!",she exclamed. laval laughed and stood up. "I win". eris just scoffed and dusted herself off. "Hey laval?" "Yeah?" "Can I show you something?" Laval ten started to fly in a direction and laval followed her.
After a few minutes they finally reached the top of a hill. laval then looked over the top. he was shocked with the scene. The sun was beginning to set over the horizen while a lake rippled under the hill and reflected the explosion of pinks and reds and oranges in a way that he had never seen before." wow..." he breathed. " Do you like it?" eris asked. " i love it. how do you know about this place eris? he asked her. "I found it while flying one day and just remembered it". she went to go sit by laval. her head was spinning. she had recencly discovered feelings for the young lion and know was her chance to tell him.
"Laval?" "Yeah?". Eris took a a deep breath and turned to face him. "Well, um.. I uh, kind of, uhh..." the lion turned o her with a look of concern. " Are you ok?" he asked. The eagle sighed. " I need to tell you something really important". "What is it?" I .. I...I really...I love you". Laval looked at her in suprise." Y-you do..?" " Yeah i do.".Slowly a smile apeared on his face. "I love you too eris". It was eris's turn to look suprised. Then she smiled and glomped him in a hug. Laval happily hugged back.

Lagravis trekked through the forest. laval and eris havn't beeen back for a while and he was looking for them. he heard a noise and imediately followed it. he pulled back some bushes and slowly peeked through them, and blushed a bit at his findings. a good tenn feet away from him were his son nd his friend eris locked in a sweet kiss. He backed up a bit and chuckled to himself. This is going to be interesting...
