Rose knows now that Mickey was right all those years ago.

Rose had never properly thought about what he had said that day. She was absorbed in the Doctor and the drama unfolding in the centre of London.
She thought Mickey meant aliens, enemies…
But she was wrong.
Now she is on that list.
