My first OITNB fanfic. Recently just got Netflix and fell in love with this show. I heard it was a good show when it came out. Huge huge Vauseman fan. Got this idea in my head. Can't it be June 12th already? So ready for season 6 hope Piper and Alex make it out alive. This fic doesn't have the riot in season 5. Like I said got this in my head and wanted to write about it.
Piper sneaks in Alex's bunk to sleep with her fiancée. The guards were in there spots not paying attention, to the inmates. Piper gets to her lovers bunk, taps her shoulder, feeling Alex tense up not knowing it was Piper. "Alex baby it's just me. Couldn't sleep and wanted to sleep with you." Piper whispered in her ear.
Alex opens her eyes slowly looking at Piper "Pipes?" Alex whispered. Piper nods, as Alex moves the blanket for Piper to move closer. After Piper got comfortable "What if we get caught?" Alex holds Piper close to her.
"I don't care if we get caught. You're the love of my life, and everybody in the prison probably already knows so fuck it."Piper whispers to Alex cuddling with her.
Alex smiles as Piper whispers to her, they cuddle for awhile. They both didn't care about anything but them at the moment. Piper lays there in Alex's arms, they both listen to each other's breathing patterns realizing that they were both up still.
They were both smiling at each other like fools but they really didn't care once both of their sentences are done they were going to plan their lives together. They haven't really talked about it but they both know each other pretty well, especially knowing each other for 10 years off and on.
Alex breaks the sudden silence "Babe maybe we'll get lucky enough to get an early release for being good. Maybe we could talk to Caputo about maybe getting our sentences shorten." Alex started playing with Pipers hair.
"Take it one step at a time babe, we got time to plan everything. We still got like a 3 and a half year sentence. I have no idea if Caputo is gonna to do if he will shorten it or not due to the riots. Eventhough we weren't apart of them, and didn't get ourselves in trouble." Piper continue to whisper to her fiancée.
They relaxed for awhile, didn't wanna wake anyone else in Alex's bunk area. The couple fell asleep in each other's arms. Piper went to sleep first, as Alex watched her sleep for awhile thinking to herself how she got so damn lucky.
Alex stays awake till after midnight. The feeling of Piper next to her in her bunk felt like home to her especially when they used to sleep with each other before Piper left her for Larry. She had missed this take it back to 10 years when they were together on vacation all the time together because of Alex's drug cartel.
Piper was the first to wake up of the two of them. She needed to go back to her own bunk before everyone got up. Piper got out of Alex's embrace, bends over kissing her cheek before whispering "Babe I'll meet you in the cafeteria for breakfast." Piper kisses her cheek before tiptoeing away from the bunks to go back to her own bunk.
Piper got back to her bunk. She lays there all night tossing and turning not getting any sleep. She wanted to be up before her fiancée, to get down to the cafeteria before Alex shows up. Piper thinks that if she gets there before Alex maybe she could see Caputo either before or after breakfast. She doesn't want Alex to know that she's going to see Caputo to try getting both of their sentences shortened. Piper needed to get up and find the guards to see if they know where Caputo is because she couldn't sleep at all. Piper got up to go see the guards some of them were asleep the few that were awake were on there phones because they bought that all the inmates were asleep for the night.
Piper Knocks on the door that the guards were sitting in. Guard Luschek walks to the door. "What do you want Chapman? It's 1:30am and all the inmates are supposed to be still asleep till 5am, so what do you want?" Luschek ask through the door to Piper.
Piper stands out there. "Is Caputo there? I need to talk to him now!" Piper said firmly through the door
Caputo walks to the door signaling Luschek to leave. "Piper I hear you need to talk to me. How about we meet in my office in a few minutes. I'll meet you there." Caputo said through the door.
He gets to his office a few minutes unlocking the door and turning his office light on. So that Piper couldn't grab any weapons in the dark. Piper sat down in the chair.
"So Piper what do you need to talk to me about?" Caputo sits down in his chair he looks at Piper, and Piper looks at him.
"It's about Alex Mr. Caputo" Piper looks worried to ask him about the bunk situation.
"What about Vause?" Piper smiles looking at Caputo who looked confused and didn't know why Piper was smiling.
"Mr. Caputo I came to ask if Alex and I can start sleeping in the same bunk. I asked her to marry me and she said yes. We both have been good the past 6 months. So can we?" Piper asked like a child that wanted something badly for Christmas. Caputo didn't see it that way but he really trust both of them so why not.
"Firstly congrats on the engagement Chapman. Secondly you can sleep with her in the same bunk but if I hear that you or her started something with another inmate then I'm going to have to separate you guys." Caputo said seriously to her.
"So what should I do about the other guards if they question me and tell me to get in my bunk if I'm sharing with Alex?" Piper asked worryingly.
"Then tell them to come to my office and I'll deal with them. You and Vause finally deserve to be happy. You guys had one hell of a ride together. Go and get in the bunk with your fiancée suprise her this morning" Caputo smiles before Piper left.
"Thank you so much sir." Piper said before leaving.
"You're welcome." Caputo said as Piper exited Caputo's office with a huge smile.
She walks back to her old bunk gets her pillow and blanket, she makes's her way to Alex's bunk. She sees's that Alex was still in the same position that she was when she left. Piper put her pillow next to Alex's and put her blanket on top of Alex so that they both have an extra blanket at night especially for winter nights. Piper slids carefully not waking up Alex and placing Alex's arm around her waist as she was watching Alex.
Alex hasn't realized how long she was out but she hasn't known about the whole thing that Piper talked to Caputo about them sharing a bunk. Alex woke up about 5:30 am seeing Piper asleep facing her, she observed the extra pillow and blanket. Alex starts kissing Piper's face trying to wake her up. "Pipes wake up baby" Alex continues kissing her face.
A minute later Piper felt warm kisses on her skin that made her smile because she know who it was from. Piper slowly opens her eyes "Hi baby." Piper said as Alex was still kissing her fiancee's face.
Alex looks up and smilies "Good morning definatly." Alex kisses her lightly on the lips smiling. They knew today was going to be a good day.
