Dean understood what he need it to do, his baby brother deserved the chance of being happy and he knew that going to college was his dream so why should he be the one to crashed it for Sam?
"you can go you know, we will be fine" he lied
"what´re you talking about Dean? Go where?"
"College Sammy, I found the letter, you should be proud"

But Sam knew better, Dean was lying this was something Sam always when his brother did, he learned that over the year, watching his brother invent lame excuses for his father when he missed one of his birthdays.
