After Eliza left, Professor Higgins wounded the streets of London looking for her. He soon lost all hope, and evidently found himself in the Fleet Street area near St. Dustin's church.
"Well this should cheer me up" he thought "some new subjects to adore." He grinned "yes soon I'll forget all about dame Eliza marring Freddie, Ha!" he laughed.
Alone he wondered when a most unusual thing happened. Truly he never did care much for Fleet Street, but someone seemed to festinate him. A man with hair, black as night with a single white stripe, "bloody Hell!" he laughed and quickly pulled out his notepad.
The man barley talked but when he did, he sounded as if he had been properly trained in the art of speech. "My kind of man," He thought and grinned again. He followed always three steps behind the man and who seemed like a lady friend. They were vary formal towards each other thou you could hardly tell for he hardly spook as mentioned before. "Fascinating!" he said out loud not realizing it.
Sweeney Todd had recently realized that, he was being followed by a strange man with a notebook. "Why would he be following us," Mrs. Lovett pondered. "We haven't done nothing." Mr. Todd rolled his eyes at her. "You don't think?" She squealed. Sweeney Nodded Mrs. Lovett nearly fainted "How could he have?" she asked. Mr. Todd turned into an alleyway with Mrs. Lovett at his side, Professor Higgins Followed.
"Why, are you following me?" Mr. Todd asked, with Higgins thought in his clasp.
"Following? I was doing nothing of the sort."
"Oh you see him, he's too proud to be following the likes of us aren't you, you cowardly…."
"Mrs. Lovett, I'll deal with him!" Sweeney Roared. "Now Sir what be your reason following us!" He roared louder this time then pulled his razor to Higgins neck. "Tell me! Or I'll slit you neck ear to ear." It was then with the razor at his neck Higgins Realized he had picked the wrong subject to study.
