"Everyone! Listen up!" Natsumi shouted, causing everyone to stop practicing and look at her. "You have a match."
"A match?" Endou shouted happily, running towards her "With who? What school?"
Natsumi stepped back, turning her head. "No time to explain. They're here."
An exited looking boy with a headband and goggles was being lectured by a girl who had reddish-orange hair, hands on her hips.
"Taichi! Haven't you been told to take those off BEFORE a match?"
"But- Sora-" The boy called Taichi said, pointing at Endou "Hey! He must be the captain!"
Gouenji glanced at Kidou. "Do you know them?" To this, Kidou shook his head.
"You don't?" Fubuki asked, looking towards them.
"We can win without help." Someoka remarked, hands on his hips, a glare in his eyes.
"Hey! It's great to meet you! I'm Endou Mamoru, captain of the soccer club!" Endou said happily, offering a hand to Taichi.
"It's nice to meet you to Endou! I'm Yagami Taichi! It's nice to meet you!" The boys shook hands, grins adoring their faces.
Fuyuka smiled at the boys. "He's just like Mamoru-kun."
Aki nodded and Haruna smiled.
"Let's do this!" Taichi yelled to his team as he turned around. "You just watch as we win this match."
Endou grinned. "We aren't going to lose."
"Hello! I am here to be the announcer of this match!" Kakuma shouted, appearing out of nowhere, like always. "The match starts with unknown opposing team's kick off!"
Sora kicked to Taichi and he dashed off, Sora and the other midfilders dashing behind. Passing the ball quickly, as each pass connected.
Someoka ran forward, stealing the ball away from them and beginning to run towards the goal, "Gouenji!" He shouted as he passed.
"Someoka steals the ball and begins- a the beginning of a great goal?"
Gouenji ran forward, Kazemaru at his side and Someoka behind them as he passed once more. "Kazemaru take it to the goal! I'll meet you there."
"Go on everyone! You can do it!" Endou shouted from the goal with his hands cupped around his mouth for maximum volume.
"Kidou!" "Gouenji!" "Someoka!" Voices rang out as they got closer to the goal.
"You can feel the power of their souls from here! Each pass is getting them closer, but will they make it?"
It was Someoka who would score the first point.
"Dragon Crash!" As he said this, a great dragon burst from the ground, as it shot it's light from it's mouth, the goal keeper got in positon, his fear noticable. Someoka kicked, blue light flowing through the ball as the goalkeeper put his hands out to catch, when he was thrown into the net by the sheer power of the shoot. "YEEEEEEEEES!" Someoka shouted as the ball went in.
"Someoka gives his team the leading point!"
Suddenly a bright light grew from Taichi and Sora's belts. A device that was neither a cellphone nor a pager.
Endou glanced at them, an almost pout on his face. "Hey..."
"What are those?" Kidou asked.
"Kidou doesn't know?" Kabeyama asked, generally worried.
Taichi and Sora glanced at each other.
"We have to leave!" Taichi shouted as he began to run away.
Sora bowed for a split second before she began to run after him.
"C'mon guys, let's follow them." Endou said, as the ball was kicked from Kazemaru to him.
Gouenji, Kidou, Kazemaru, Hiroto, Kabeyama, Fubuki, Someoka, Fudou and Kogure followed Endou, followed Taichi and Sora, as they were about to experience an unseen world, with new friends, new enemies, and a whole lot of running.
