Chapter 2
So its Oct 31st! I love Halloween! Especially all the candy!!!!! The turtles like Halloween because, well obviously, they can walk around the streets without disguises. This year, Mikey is taking me trick or treating. Donnie is working on a new invention and Leo is training as always. Raph is just chilling. Mikey is going as a witch,(don't ask)and I'm going as a ghost. Complete with fake blood under my eyes like tears. Creepy huh? Of course it wouldn't be complete without Leo mother hening me. "Now, you know what to say if the stranger asks you to come inside?" he asked while combing my white powdered hair.
"I tell them I can only take the candy then walk away." "And to stay close to Mikey at all times." "Got it." "And when you want to come home, call me on your T- Phone and I'll pick you up" Oh yeah last month the turtles gave me my first T- Phone, not as impressive as the iPhone, of course I'll never tell Donnie that. "Don't sweat Leo, I'll take care of little Alex here!" remarked Michelangelo. Followed by him lifting me up and squeezing. "Mike you're ruining my ghost makeup!" "Oh sorry bruh." Leo kept fussing over some more and even giving me money for a hot dog. I'm going trick or treating, what to I need money for I'm gonna get some candy. Thankfully Raph came to my rescue, stopping Leo. "Leo stop smothering the kid." "Oh sorry. You be safe okay?" "I will." So Mikey and I finally headed out.
Mikey and I had a great time. We got a lot of candy. Mostly chocolate so i gave him some. I hate chocolate. We even to Central Park and tried to scare some kids. I made a girl in a Minney Mouse costume cry. I'm so evil. Mikey is awesome as a witch, always cackling and saying random incantations. It was really awesome. Every so often, Leo would call me and checking on me. Okay rewind, one Halloween ago, Leo was taking me trick or treating and I somewhat got lost so now he has PTSD now in Halloween. Last year Raph took me trick or treating and we didn't have nearly as fun compared how much Mikey and I are tonight.
Later Mikey and I came across what he thought were Bebop and Rocksteady walking around. This is one of those rare moments where Mikey goes tough mode. It honestly scares and excites me at the same time. "Stay back dude. This might get ugly." He got out his nunchucks and stared walking menacingly. I grabbed his arm trying to coax him away. "Wait Mikey, maybe its just costumes, it's Halloween, you can't go jumping to conclusions!" Aaaand it turned out they were costumes. We were kinda chased through the town until we hid in an alley. We had a good laugh out of it then we continued our fun. Later I started getting tired so Mikey offered to give me a piggyback ride. Later we came home. "Alex you want to race?" "Hell yeah." We had a race who could eat the most candy in an hour. I won. This was really fun and I loved how great I looked with the ghost costume on.
Anyway, it's time to hit the hay so happy Halloween.
Mikey's P.O.V This was totally gnarly! I felt bad for assaulting some trick or treater but hey, I did it to protect my kid brother. And while the others would, ya know, looked at me like I'm a dumbass Alex just laughed and showed he was having fun. I can't wait for next year. I'm still trying to figure out why grownups luring kids with candy is effective. I don't condone but, come on everybody knows everyone loves pizza!
