Waters of Deception: The Search of the Holy Weapons and Lost Loves

Chapter 1
"Trowa don't you love me," cried Quatra with tears on the brink of falling from his beautiful sea bluegreen eyes.
"No, I can't do this to myself anymore," said Trowa as he turned his back to Quatre. "I thought the sweetness of you and comfort of you being near me always would make it better."
"But you are not my Quatra, you are not real just an illusion; I will find him if it is the last thing I do."
Quatre cried out loud with a defeated howl. He turned into a monstrous being before Trowa's eyes. His head grew horns and his body turned a deep purple. The lovely shape of his face left to transform into the demon made to trick the human mind, Zanatos. Finally, long wings spurted from the demon's back
"Be gone, demon, your power holds me no more for I have seen the deception" Trowa said while walking away without looking back.
The demon howled his defeat and began to deteriorate in the air.
"You will never find the boy," he shrieked before he disappeared.
Trowa kept his stride with his sacred mage staff and cloak about him as if the demon never said a word.
"I sense his essence."
"Who do you sense, Wufei," asked Duo probing the young boy.
Wufei turned his head towards the beautiful stars that hung over Terra. Terra was a magical planet that held the secrets of the holy weapons they been searching for, for so long. The silent beauty of the planet was a wonderment to behold. Aqua waterfalls trickled everywhere, the grass was purple which was much different from the green muck he saw everywhere on his planet, unicorns dipped their heads down to drink from the life fountains, and demi-humans (magical humans of any appearance) were more common on this planet.
"Trowa is alive," Wufei replied in a whispery voice.
"Trowa, is alive!" cried Duo with obvious happiness.
"Don't go getting your hopes up, because he is long out of danger," said Wufei without an ounce of emotion in his voice.
"How can you be so non believing at a time like this!" yelled Duo
"Because he is weak. His love for Quatre will cloud his judgement and make him waver in his actions," Wufei yelled back.
Duo sagged in defeat. It was true that when you let your heart felt feelings get in the way of a mission that it makes you more vulnerable to the enemy. For he knew from first hand experience that is why he lost Heero to the claws of that witch that has him in a deep sleep.

Duo turned to Wufei with some hope in his eyes and said, "Doesn't love make it alright."
Wufei looked at him and said crossly, "love is for weaklings, and in the end it will be no use to anyone."
