"Two hundred," said the man. "Firm. Cash or trade."
"Let me see it first," Nathan demanded. The man grumbled, but agreed.
It would do. "How much more to have it delivered to the house?" Nathan asked.
"Depends on where on the island you live."
Nathan told him.
"No charge," said the man. "I've heard about the woman that lives there. She's crazy."
Nathan smiled. "You're telling me."

Kristin stared. In the middle of her living room stood an eight foot tall spruce tree.
A note was tied to a branch. It read: Kris- Told you I could find one. N.
