Impossible
Summery- Riza is frustrated. Roy is lazy. The day has gone and night has come. The book title I mentioned in here I made up while listening to music, but if this is a real book than please don't sue me! :p I also used some of Bryan Adams song "Here I am" too." Please no suing me…
It all started with a demand…
"Sir, do your paperwork," demanded a very frustrated accurate, gun-toting, blonde by the name of Riza Hawkeye from her desk. Even though she had finished her paperwork hours ago she still sat diligently with her furher until he finished his. Which could take forever.
She had brought a book to read to pass the time; Sisters Under the Sun by Bryan King. So far it was a really good book.
Riza heard the scraping of her furher's chair signaling to her that he had gotten up and he was currently standing behind her.
"Sir what are you doing?"
He read aloud a page: "I must take this opportunity. I am still young there's so much I still want to do. Still so much that I need to do. I will change the world, mother," Lady Adam's daughter said. "There's not a road that leads to anywhere here for me. I will help in the prevention of unnecessary fighting and bloodshed. There will be a peace lasting between the two worlds. All will be united under a government of popular sovereignty. There will be changes. It will be a long and hard journey from where we currently stand, but in the long run it will make such a difference. If I die while doing what I can to change the way things are now it will be worth it."
"Remember who you are. If may lose yourself, your courage soon will follow. So be strong and remember who you are. You are Janie Adams. Never forget; I love you."
"Do you're work sir," Riza said after he finished.
"Give me a kiss, then Miss Hawkeye."
"You're impossible Mr. Mustang." She said as she gave him a chaste kiss on the lips. It would be the only way to get him focused o his work, and nobody else was in the office.
"Well Miss Hawkeye, you're pretty impossible too." He chuckled. "And Miss Hawkeye, I have something to ask you."
"What is that Mr. Mustang?" the blonde lieutenant asked.
"Well Miss Hawkeye, since I am the furher and I long ago signed away the fraternization laws I have only one thing o ask you."
"Oh? And what could that be?" the blonde asked.
"Well Miss Riza Hawkeye… Will you marry me?" Roy asked as he pulled a little black box out of his uniform pocket, and he knelled.
"Yes!" replied the teary eyed Riza Hawkeye…. I mean Mustang.
"And that's how your father proposed to me. Now I think that it's time for you two to head on up to bed." Finished a blonde haired mother.
"But mommy! I'm a big girl I'm not tired!" replied a yawning five year old black haired Gracie.
"Yeah mommy! And I'm a big boy! I can stay up late!" said a drowsy four year old Maes."
"Well, I think it's time for all big kids to go to bed." Said a
voice from the doorway. "I have to give mommy something."
"Alright daddy," both children replied as they settled down into their beds. Riza and Roy walked out and shut the door behind them.
"So Mr. Mustang, do you have something to give me?"
"Well yes I do Mrs. Mustang. Turn around." She did. And she felt a small chain go around her neck. When she opened her eyes to see, she saw a heart shaped pendant with 'Forever and Always' inscribed on it.
"Oh Roy! It's beautiful!" she said as she kissed him. When she pulled away he said: "Happy anniversary Mrs. Mustang."
"Mr. Mustang, you're impossible." She said and then kissed him again.
