AN: so this is a little idea I got after my sister got her wisdom teeth taken out…. And way to long on YouTube seeing videos of people on anesthesia…
Dudley's teeth were hurting. Cursing, he told his mother, who started fretting over him, as usual, and took him to the dentist. Apparently, he had to have his wisdom teeth removed. Minor surgery, but still painful, and he had to be put to sleep during it.

Dudley came out in a wheelchair, unable to walk on his own yet from the drugs, and his mother couldn't support his massive weight. She had brought Potter along to help heave him in the car, so somehow, the forced him in, all the while he was staring at the ground, yelping and trying not let his feet touch it, claiming if it did purple flying seals would come and clobber him with turtles.
Once in the car and safe from purple flying seals, Dudley began screaming that the seats were trying to eat him alive. Snickering, Harry just said "Big D, it's not going to eat you, seats have better taste than that." "Oh, so its not gonna hurt me?" "That won't, but that thing staring at you through the window might." "WHAT THING? IS IT ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR KIND? WHERE IS IT? I'LL FIGHT IT OFF, JUST LIKE I DID THOSE DEMTY-THINGS!"
With that, he calmed down, but looked at Harry seriously for a moment, then said, "Thanks, by the way. For saving me. Those things made me see horrible things. I saw myself, truly, for the first time. The way others must see me, a big, fat bully who gets whatever he wants because his parents are too afraid to say no."
Harry was surprised for a moment by this sudden seriousness, and was about to say something back when Dudley looked out the window and saw they were moving. "HOW FAST ARE WE MOVING? WE'RE GONNA DIE! GET ME OUT OF HERE!" He completed this freak-out by trying to open the door and jump out. This eventually exhausted him and he fell asleep, snoring loudly. Aunt Petunia caught his eye in the review mirror and said, "Don't tell your uncle, but we're all grateful you saved him." Harry looked at her in surprise and asked,
"Did they drug you all up?"
